FIT Xtra Melior

Fit Xtra Melior is a new upgraded product with enhancements based on the various adaptability of initial Fit technology. Fit Xtra Melior is suitable not only for Commercial, Newspaper & Packaging printing, but also meets the needs of high-speed Commercial printings and high-quality Newspaper printing in today’s industry trends.

Its simple output characteristics easily offer a stable output procedure for press rooms; its special photosensitive coating keeps the stability of physical and chemical properties, to make sure it’s suitable for wide range of printing. Furthermore, it is compatible with the main replenisher, ink and other related chemicals including Kodak, Fuji and Agfa in the markets. The excellent bake-able performance offers a necessary solution for long run length printing demand. Fit Xtra’s high-quality grained and anodized aluminum substrate ensures consistent ink/water balance.

FIT eCO Primo

Xingraphics is justifiably proud of its FIT eCO Primo. The processless plate uses the company’s unique technology. It eliminates the need for chemistry or additional processing equipment, such as intermediate offline gumming or degumming stations. The FIT eCO technology, according to the company, has been acknowledged by its rivals as the most environmentally friendly thermal plate brand in the world and in Europe the brand is gaining wider acceptance following tremendous response at exhibitions such as Drupa 2008. FIT eCO Primo removes the need for water and chemistry and does not require processing to erase the non-imaged area; the chemical transformation does not take place on board a printing press or through offline gumming and degumming stations. 

Xingraphics will also have live demonstration of both FIT Xtra Melior and FIT eCO Primo and will also offer on-site troubleshooting guide for our valued customers.
